Is there a way to remove he recoil ANIMATION on a gun in cs?

No I am not dumb trying to remove the recoil but I want the gun animation to stay still when I'm shooting. Is this possible?

it would also be less obstructive and most likely easier to control, therefor giving an unfair advantage
