WHY ISNT SUBROZA VAC BANNED YET?

This guy took out his ♥♥♥♥ing aim hacks on stream. He is a pro player and just the possesion of a hack should cause him to be banned. He wasa nobody and all of a sudden his locking onto enemies through walls and The people incharge of this dont seem to care. I mean look at this clip and tell me his not cheating. Because VAC doesn't care how you play or how obvious your aimbot is. If It can't see the cheat files or cheat signatures you dont get banned
