What mouse are you using and do you have any specific driver software installed? It might be wise to limit your frames somewhat to free up ressources.

I'd try uninstalling the mouse software to see if it might be causing these problems. If you have any other mouse, you might as well try to see if the problems appear with that mouse too. I'd recommend setting fps_max to 121 (assuming you have a 60hz display).

A Rival is a good choice, though I prefer Logitechs. ;P

if you have overwolf installed that might be the issue

I had the same problem the only thing that fix it is to low your pole rate of the mouse 1 put the value in double of the hrz of my monitor, please tell if it works for u to.
