Enabling Chat in csgo

for some reason i can't see chat anymore i can hear voice chat but i can't see chat
i've tried many commands and none of them have worked

i can hear when someone posts something in chat and i can type and other people can see what i wrote but i cant

maybe u have disable in settings

Not sure for chat though
