is there a way to unmute all?

I was playing a game of CS and I muted all but now it wont unmute anyone and this has been going on for several games now
I would like to know a console command

no it still wont work it just automaticly blocks communication with everyone

My cs also blocked everyone from talking i've tried voice_enable 1. But it doesnt work

Remember to set both cl_mute_all_but_friends_and_party and cl_mute_enemy_team to 0
