CS:GO profile picture not displaying?

Instead of showing my profile picture which I updated a few days ago, it showed a ... I can only describe it as a white silhouette of a man, but just the head and shoulders....

I already tried validating caches but it didn't help.

Any idea how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Verify the integrity of the game cache and/or investigate security or network software is all I could guess. Failing that, repair the steam service or reinstall csgo.
