CS:GO Can't hear/talk to teammates

Hey,

I have been encountering a problem since now a couple of days.
I can not talk to my teammates nor can I hear them talk.
I can only interact with them through the chat.

I have tried many commands after looking on forums, commands such as:
Voice_scale 1
Voice_modenable 1
Voice_enable 1...
I also muted/unmutted, nothing works

I also can't see my mic button in the left corner when I press to talk
(Yes, I did bound a key and I'm using the right one)

Is it possible to get a 'voiceban' ?
If yes, how do we know when will it end?

Do make sure that you have your headset port plugged in correctly. Green is for audio and Red is for microphone. If the probelm still persits, reset your controls.

My audio and microphone are working very well in any other games, I can hear everything in cs exept my teamamtes.
I also tried with a wireless and bluetooth headphone, still doesn't work.

Well in the audio tab your voice could be disabled and if not try pluging in your mic and then going into steam settings->voice and you should see "recording (audio input) device" , below that should be your active mic if it's not press "DETECT AUDIO DEVICES" or "CHANGE DEVICE" and set it to your active mic cuz sometimes it doesn't do it automaticly. After that click on "TEST MICROPHONE" and talk and you should hear an echo .

As said above, my microphone is working everywhere exept in counter strike..
Can't find any solutions :(

WTF i had this issue for 1 week , exactly the same as you.
i tried everything but i could not get it to work.
I even asked steam they couldn't help me
