No, it basically means, if they have more important things to do about the game *in their perspective* they'll set aside an operation.
I don't think it's bad for the product. It's more of a trade. New features for no Operation for as long as the development of those features takes.
It just makes me salty cause me needs operation to do something else than competitive in the same old maps and surf.
Coming from someone who works on both a lot i can say that people who know unity or unreal( like really know it) can create epic games! Like epic games...
Unity movement is too clanky where as Unreal movement has way too much flow. It's for more fast paced games.
Source would be the best engine to continue the legacy and unique mechanics of cs. Imo
CS UNIQUE MECHANIX[giphy.com]
Source is what made the franchise, from Half-life to here.
nobody had the balls to say something about cheaters, I'm honestly surprised no one said anything when they complain about it here but don't have the balls to complain to the big man himself.

Added in Post as well.
Could you find the source please so i can update the thread. It's quite an important answer.
I could think of may reasons. One being that Unity is a non Valve product, which is updated on a super regular basis. The team at Valve wouldn't have to invent(update) a new engine for every generation (and let's be honest it's skipped a few generations already...)
Then again I DO see reasons to NOT update the engine, but if the future is something that's worrying you, Unity and Unreal are a better way to go, especially compared to Source 2, but then again the people at Valve are accustomed to the Source engine and that is A REALLY important part why companies like Valve(and Bethesda for instance) stay within their own engines.
