Why is it so easy to cheat in CS:GO?
I'm pretty confident in saying that a majority of the CS competitive community has experienced a cheater at least once. Cheating and not getting banned in MM requires that you only play two games every 24 hours and don't use things that have already been detected. As long as cheaters do this, there's a very, very large chance that they will not get banned by VAC and/or Overwatch. Prime was a step in the right direction, but VAC actually has to ban the cheaters for it to be effective. I haven't played in the mid-upper ranks of non-Prime (MG1-GE), only GN3 and below, but even there I had at about two cheaters per game and I'm sure the odds of playing against at least ONE cheater in the higher ranks is probably upwards of 90%. The fact that you almost have to buy an ESEA subscription (a THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE) to play without cheaters is ridiculous. Valve, fix your game. If someone outside of your company is making tons money doing something you should have done, don't you think you should do it, too? Mid-upper MM is pretty much unplayable unless you are cheating as well, and the more people that cheat the more people are going to be influenced to get cheats for themselves, earning the cheat companies more money and making MM even worse. Get your ♥♥♥♥ together.

Another rtard that can't learn VAC is Automated while Cheaters are Human and they can update their cheats 24/7 but VAC needs Humans from Valve and they can't always work 24/7.

If you think Updating VAC to match itself uptodate with the hackers updating their hacking tools, why don;t you sell youself to Valve then.

You think Humans working are machines?

Thats the ''funniest'' part : ESEA is still CSGO but 99% hack free. Why Valve doesnt use the same protection? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I can understand that cheaters are constantly improving, everything is. But shouldn't Valve be improving, too? And my main point was how can ESEA be so effective while VAC is next to useless?

because esea is legally bounded to making a anti cheat, but they also have control of your entire computer. Casuals don't play esea. Also esea has been caught for malware attacks. So that deters people

Good point, but the question isn't about IF Valve can, it's about WHY they don't. Valve is worth over 4 billion dollars and they own two of the most popular games right now. They definitely could have a better anti-cheat, but it seems like they don't care.

They don't need to legally, the vac system you see could actually not be used. But to keep a player database and keep them in the positive it's a good idea, but a lot of people are join csgo and making them money so in a sense, why should they?

Yes, they did. I don't want to have to pay them to play a game I already payed for and I also don't want to take the risk of them doing that again. That's why I don't use ESEA, but it's starting to seem like there is no other option.

I have poor knowledge of computers but : when you're dead in-game and able to see the enemy player's contour thru walls, that's gotta be coded. Would it be so difficult to make a program that sceenshots players while not dead and detect the enemy contours? 90% hackers are wallhacks.

You're totally right; they shouldn't. If all they care about is money. Which it seems like they do. *cough* music kits and gloves *cough* But if they don't care enough about the source of that money, the players, to change things and keep them coming back to the game, they're going to start to see a decline in players.

You can use FACEIT

I have and do, CEVO as well. But no one should have to go to a third party to use something Valve should be doing in the first place. I can't think of another competitive FPS that is this popular with such a bad system.

ESEA anticheat is raping your privacy... VALVe once tried to be more intrusive but Steam users cried and they reverted back...

also ESEA have a lot of false positives (while vac have nearly none), the premium super cheats still work on ESEA and ESEA team can download ANY file from your PC and look into it

Most of the cheats can hide itself from Overlays and on.. even cheats made 10 years ago could do that

And the loss of playerbase leaving due to cheaters cost them more than you think..

PS
VAC team =/= CSGO Team

also gloves were wanted by community
I didn't know most of this, thank you for the info. The intrusion is why I stay away from ESEA. How cheats work is pretty understandable to me but the actual detection is what I don't quite understand.

also some of the gloves are pretty nice tbh

Yep. Indeed.

If it's "so easy" to cheat in csgo then go ahead and try it out yourself.

You will soon realize that it's easy to cheat in csgo, but not exactly easy to avoid the vac ban or overwatch ban.
