Duel Monitor Display Problem - Second Screen Turns Black When in Fullscreen

When I run the game in fullscreen mode the second screen goes black as if it is off. The display will remain black until I completely turn it off then turn it back on again. I want to be able to play CSGO whilst I watch twitch etc.

I have the latest Nvidia drivers etc.

The problem started when I got a new monitor. Im running a 144Hz Display Port monitor as my main display and my second monitor(to the right) is a DVI run 1080p display. I never had any issues before I got the new display but it could be something else because I updated my GPU at the same time.

Anyone have any ideas?

(Windowed borderless works, but it's windowed boarderless so we know the issues with that)

Update: Never really found any fix to this, just had to switch it to the left side until i upgraded to a non DVI monitor.
