Cursor Glitch - CAN'T MOVE OR INTERACT

So I had the volume on my mixer on 100% and the volume on my headphones at 100% but I realized I turned down the master volume on CS:GO all the way down so in game, second round of a competative game, I go into the menu usine the esc key, go into audio settings and then the entire menu goes away and I'm left sitting in game unable to move or let my team know what happened. Unable to do anything besides SHIFT+TAB or ALT+TAB. This has happened not 1, not 2, but 3 times in the past 2 days. It makes the game completely unplayable if going into the menu does this to my game. I don't use mods and have only been playing the game for about 20 hours. Wondering if anyone has had this problem too or if there are any console commands I can use to get out of it when it happens, thanks.

P.S. You might say "just don't go into the menu" or "Just do the menu stuff at the main menu" well I just realized after this 3rd instance what was causing it. Hope there is any relation to other people.

This happened to me, however it fixed after I restarted my PC.

That's strange how it's not going for you though.

Try reinstall the game or verify game integrity.

Yeah it fixes whenever I leave the game, the point is that this sort of thing shouldn't happen in this old ass game just by going into the menu and I shouldn't have to suffer competative cooldowns because their game won't function correctly.
