How To Leave Game?

I am new to CSGO. I play games but I notice that after a casual match, I proceed to the next game. How can I quit safely after a mcth without any penalty?

T for all. Y for team. K for voice chat. You can change the keys in the opitions if you want.

You just leave. There is no penalty for leaving casual. The only penalty, if you should decide to leave before the match is over, is no xp. You can safely leave. And you don't need to use the console.

you can just quit casuals mid game with no punishments, you dont need the console
press esc and click the exit button bottom left
