Make mini-map bigger?

Just wondering if you can increase the size of the mini-map and how to do it.

I find that sometimes I miss out on the information that the mini-map gives me when I'm caught in a firefight or in any other situation where glancing at the tiny map in the top left corner would get me killed. It never fails! The instant I glance up at the mini-map to check a teammates position or last seen enemy positions, a dude peeks and I get destroyed, lol.

So I was thinking that maybe increasing the size of it would help me out a little bit.

go into options>Game settings> Scroll down to radar options then you'll see: Radar Size (makes actual place where mini map is bigger, and radar zoom (how zoomed it is into your blip)
also you have rotate the radar ( map rotates accordingly to where you look.)
