STUCK AT 60 FPS! Lenovo Y50-70 GTX 960M 4GB

I have now twice given up on fixing my CS:GO, after my little reinstall of my Gamer Laptop Y50-70.

Problemsolving I have logged into XBOX APP, turning off the GAMEDVR I have Made the GAMEDVR DISABLE fix in registry I have verified my game twice(a file failed to validate, and was downloaded) I deleted game, and downloaded from fresh. Did not work either. I have my power to MAX, I always got my power connected to my laptop. I checked my Nvidia control panel 3D settings and I think and believe highly I have them all turned off! My Virtual memory is also turned off, as that was the normal issue which caused it, but not this time O.o I have also reinstalled steam completely, and downloaded CS:GO Again.. Not I do not know what to do :/

The thing I DO NOT UNDERSTAND!!! Is that....

Fullscreen: 60 fps Windowed/Windowed borderless: 100-300 fps (Depends map. Usually always above 150 fps)

If anyone who's smart enough to find a fix to my ♥♥♥♥... I'd appreciate them joining my community.

Be greatful you actually get 60 fps

Well I think I found out your problem. You're using a gaming laptop.

I'm using a designer's laptop and i get an ok-constant-30-fps

I have 200-300 fps in windowed/fullscreen windowed. I have before had the frames in fullscreen. But not after reinstalling my pc. :(
