[SOLVED] My Sniper Crosshair is see through

Hi.
Had this problem for a long time now.
The sniper crosshair looks like its blurry when I'm standing still. (Sorry for bad quality and things in the way of the picture. Forgot how to take a pic of the game)

Unsure how to fix it and its REALLY irritating. A fix would be greatly appreciated.

Note: I made it SUPER Wide to show the difference and the comparrison to the other picture even when made in a lower width my crosshair looks more.. foggy/blurry to other people.
I have tried using google but frankly the only things I am finding are people trying to remove the motion blur with snipers :/

EDIT: Verifying Game Cache doesn't work.
EDIT #2: Reinstalling dopesn't work.

How to fix: cl_crosshair_sniper_show_normal_inaccuracy 0

Its a simple command to make it wider. Tried to make it a bit obvious. :P

Like I said beforehand; I only made it giant to show the difference. The scoped crosshair still looks.. foggy in a way, compared to how all other crosshairs look like at cl_crosshair_sniper_width 1 etc
