Is opskins safe to use?
Obviously they ask for a bit of information, and it seems reputable. Good customer support as well when I asked them about some of the things I have to give them. Drivers license and address is the only sketchy things out of it all.

However, I really want to sell some skins and get cash for it. I need 1000 dollars quick for a new computer before this one dies so I've been grinding to get drops. Just wanted to know if it's a safe bet in regards to selling skins?

Don't hit me with that "no site is legit, steam can't refund your items, etc" crap. I know the risks, and I'm willing to chance it as long as it's not a sketchy site that I'm going through.

Thanks in advance for your help!

opskins.com is a safe site

There more than a dozen other sites that start with opskins that are not the real site... like opskins . trade etc

Alright, thanks for the reply Alien.
Yeah I saw their little banner thing warning people of spinoff websites- sadly people have to be that low to invest the time into those things.

:)

To be on their 'whitelist' program, you need to attach something confirming your address and full name, which is basically a shipping label drivers license school forms etc. Luckily you don't have to be on that whitelist to sell, or at least that's what the representative told me through PM.
Cashed out a few grand on op. Just be sure you are using the official site and not a scam spin off site.

I've sold on both Opskins and Gameflip (use Gameflip more now), and I'd never had to send in ID or anything.

I've sold over a thousand dollars on Gameflip already, no ID required. I think ID is only necessary if you make a big purchase.

Not sure what this guy is talking about ^ the site is very safe. I use it all the time to get my collector's items. The only risk is when you are selling expensive items like knives, ALWAYS ALWAYS check the security code the site gives you, and the bot number.

Im guessing.. somebody wanted to buy your skin off opskins.com but your item never arrived there? It's because you gifted your skins to fake bot :)

PS
"Good customer support"
Verry funny joke.. they are worse than Steam Support
