Buy order bot?

So I'm trying to place a buy order on an item. As soon as I do, someone else immediately bumps it up by like 7 or 10 cents. So I remove and add another, and almost IMMEDIATELY it's bumped up again. Are there bots or something that keep instaboosting the buy order price by that much?

When you set your buy order its your buy order.............no one can alter it.

It's not that, I'm saying someone else IMMEDIATELY places a higher one as soon as I place mine, over and over. So I'm wondering is there like a bot or something?

No, you don't understand. I'm saying yes, my buy order goes in. Buy as soon as it is placed, someone one-ups it, instantly. I'm not saying after a minute or so. I'm saying within seconds. If you're not here to give an answer, feel free to leave
