How do I play casual game with my friend?

I create a lobby with my friend, i change to "friends need invites", i change to "Casual: Reserves Group" and i click "GO". Then me and my friend enter a game with bots. How do i fix this?? I don't wanna play with bots, instead i wanna play against normal people from casual.

Maybe don't play reserves. Play active duty or d2

This is not an available option at all. The thing is when i press "GO", i don't even get in a que to wait to find a game. I get connected to a game with bots.

Ok, i've figured it out. PLAY > PLAY WITH FRIENDS creates a lobby. Choosing a "GAME SETTING" to anything BUT competitive and then changing the permissions to "Friends Need Invites", the game will always create a server with bots and never add me and my friends to a queue. I suppose it doesn't work like this for competitive, because with the same permissions (Friends Need Invites) i get queued for the map. So ye, answer - Don't set permissions to "Friends Need Invites".
