You won't get banned for doing anything the console lets you do.

1 shows the pip, 2 shows their equipment.

there are some people how there who figured it out.
they get banned soon tho.
yet, not soon enought, vac anti cheat is not very fast to figure cheaters out, they rely too much on overwatch cases..
