Cheat Engine 6.2???

Okay, I was updating CS:GO when it took long even though it reached 100% so I figured it was a space issue since my D drive was only literally 5mb free . After some time I found out it wouldn't matter anyway since the game is installed on my C drive and while scrolling through that drive, i found out there is a folder called 'Cheat Engine 6.2' which was ever since 2012???? It startled me since I never and would never install such stuff. It came to my conclusion that it must be some malware when I was into downloading torrented movies back then. Of course I deleted it but I am worried my account could get untrusted or VAC for something that I never even used. Also, it is worth noting that a couple of times when my internet connection WAS VERY low, 2 times during a match it appeared as if I am flying and when i typed in chat asking if it looked to my teammates/oponnents as if I was flying too but no reply. Of course the next couple of rounds went normal. Probably was only for a round or two. Can a CS:GO mod/overwatch or something check my account and see if there is actually something that could be doing that or not?

I am assuming I am fine then? But having an Overwatch actually review my past games just to be on the safe side would be rad

We cant choose whom to overwatch. Overwatch chooses you. No torrent site will install CSGO cheating software in your pc, no malware will install cheats for csgo. That was installed by you or someone with access to your pc. If you reinstalled your csgo from zero, you should be ok.

Delete it, and move on. Valve does not disclose specific programs or software that results in game bans, or VAC bans. The user above about the OW system was correct -- users are unable to select a specific case, or see specific cases generated by a profile. This is for the anonymity factor. Recently, on 3/17/17, known and not so well known exploitation(s) of obtaining the names and profiles within an OW case has been fixed.
