Theres a load of "free cheats" that also include "automatic achievements enabled" thing bundled with them.
id say 5/10 free cheats do that from what ive gathered intelligence on my cheat-testing smurf account (No, i dont ruin other peoples games on that smurf, i just test cheats privately, see what they do learn patterns and how to detect if someone uses them, try reverse engineering them, and send code-nodes to Valve, CEVO, Faceit and Esea so they can update their cheat detection algorithms.)

true, but he unlocked the vast majority of them in the same minute, good luck on doing that on achievement maps.
