are most players pros?
No.
If you learn to play 16:9, youre in a BIG advantage over 4:3. 4:3 limits your FOV A LOT.
There are certain situations where a pro has lost a round because he didnt see a guy sneak in the "blind corner" where a 16:9 player couldve seen him, also, there was a video about it how some 16:9 players have clutched REALLY important round because they saw someone in 16:9 view.
4:3 only helps you at long range aiming. If you master long range aiming in 16:9, its not an advantage anymore.
Thing was different in CS 1.6, in CSS and CSGO having 16:9 is better.
This 4:3 vs 16:9 thing is just a preference. Pros use it because they were used to it and it HAD advantage in CS1.6.
Much like people saying "This map is X sided" no, that doesnt work like that.
For PROS its sided for T or CT, for regular MM Global elite game though? No, the skill level, knowledge, and such differ SO much there is no such thing as "sided" maps.
I play 1024 stretched not black bars for that reason as well, but I just stated that most pros play at 1024 black bars, and aiming will always be easier on 1024 no matter what because u dont need to move ur mouse as much as on 1920, both are good at the end its just down to what you like
Thats what i was saying. 4:3 resolutions limit your view, you might be having easier time shooting, but youre limited in view. 16:9 has harder time learning mouse placement and movement, but you have larger view allowing you for more fight.
