I won quite a bit of coins from this site, but haven't been able to withdraw anything from them :p I wouldn't call it safe, the good part is that I only deposited a 0.5€ worth item there, so not much of a loss even if I get totally scammed by them

Its a gambling site like others, its safe untill you loose all your skins because you have no luck.
So, dont gamble if you dont have money to spare.
