200 fps cap on 1080 gtx and i7 4790k need help plz

i7 4790k and gtx 1080 ftw 16 gb of ram

i want to kno why im capped at 200 fps ive unparked cores and turn off xbox sync and erased it still nothing i have everything on low and multi core rendering is enabled and i play on 4 by 3 so i dont under stand also vsync is off

i dont see the advantage but ok y i want 300 is cuase i have a 1080 and wat sappose to be a good cpu and i cant get 300 with out overclockin witch if ur spendin close to 679 dollars on a gpu it the cpu shouldnt be crapin out on u cuase it want to lol
