2. add phone to your steam account
3. download steam to your phone and enable steam guard
4. go to csgo and enable prime
enjoy

Don't get your hopes up too much. Prime isn't all that great.

Played a match last night, 1 guy left before game started, others tried to surrender, they voted to kick me because I F2 (we actually had a chance of winning) failed to kick me, then started killing me for my guns.

It does not stop idiot kids playing the game unfortunately.

near your name in csgo u will have prime and bottun near it
after u press the bottun u will get a big note with what prime do/and gives,
scroll down and u will find blue bottun that say enable prime or something like that press it and u done
