Yeah, espically in competitive, winning is more important then racking up kill's and top fragging.

It doesn't matter you are bottom fragging as long as you are making your kills count and deliver a good match and teamplay.

It should, but not as much as now, it's hard for valve to balance. You could be Afk the whole round and then just rush a bomb site while your team has kill per everyone except one person. Or, you could do a skill full plant
