Is there a way to find your old skins?

I had couple of skins that I would like to track them and buy it from their current owner is it possible? if it is, how!

4. find the next guy.
5. continue until u find it.

yes it is possible but the problem here is that my younger(stupid guy) brother had gambled it while I was away on a trip! and it was traded to a CSGO:big bot in 2015

...then why would it be 140E for you to buy it off the market, again? Its market price is just about 4 euro, that's it. Why not just buy it that way?

stickers are worthless after being used so you cant trade it or sell it for profit, if that was your intention.
