How to get collections??
i really wanna open rising sun collection but idk how to get one

They're only dropped, no cases.

simple way: buy them

hard way: wait for the release of the next operation and hope that there are again drops from that collection.

those skins can only be dropped after the end of a game
some collections can be found all year
some only during operations
some can not be dropped anymore
