How skins get accepted?

I just made a skin called P90 Miilo which was inspired by my dog. Later today after i relesed it on the workshop. I found out that skin creaters, if their skin gets added that they will be rewarded with quite a substantial sum of money. I was wondering how cs determine which skin gets added. Ive noticed the rating system. So the skin with the highest rating gets added?

Well true that Sniper but it is nice that valve is kinda supporting skin creators and as Super said it is not all on ratings. Which i find good, so meme skins wont be added and that way valve keeps the cases quality high!

They actually have nothing to do with votes. Csgo valve employees hand pick them. Voting may get it noticed but even if it's the highest rated, there is no guarantee to be selected.

yeah thats what i meant by community voting, but it is ultimately Valve that decide what gets in

Not to discourage you but your skin look's a little bland/generic compared to what would normally be expected in crates and what not, i'm sure you put plenty of work into it (I my self have absolutely no clue as to how you would design and make a skin? Maybe SDK? Idk), but I don't think it'll make it into a case, though I definitely could be wrong.

The skin is very nice aswell, if that gets accepted, that skin would probably be the most unique P90 skin in CSGO. Well Done!
