Specs of my ASUS X53S:
-Microsoft Windows 10 Home
-Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.2GHz
-8 GBs of DDR3 RAM Clocked at 1333 MHz
-Nvidia GeForce GT 520MX 1GB and Intel HD Graphics 3000
-500 GB HDD (Ordering an SSD aswell)
Are you sure its not trying to use on board graphics rather than your nvidia?
Thanks for any help. I first ran into this issue several weeks ago and haven't come across a stable solution yet.
"-Added custumized files to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg": "autoexec.cfg" and "config.cfg". Forcing the resolution. Also added "-console" in the launch options which finally made the game launch. Thanks to "Desolation64™" "http://steamcommunity.com/id/Desolation64" for the fantastic help!"
Most of the time, however, the issue still persisted. My only consistent workaround is to add launch options to CSGO to start in borderless windowed mode:
-windowed -noborder
I'm still looking for a real fix. If anyone finds one, please let us know. Also, good luck, Harreh, and hope this helps a bit!
I went to device management and opened graphics card section and then device driver and there was upgrade your device driver. I also googled my graphics card and looked if there was any drivers to download and there was. So I downloaded them and after that it worked perfectly :)
I hope this helps
