How to make weapons 100% accurate on cs:go servers?

Hi, i am making a Combat Surf server and i want the guns to be 100% accurate when the user is moving or mid-air.

Could you let me know what the command is and where i should put it in my server, Thanks! :D

If i do sv_cheats 1 then other players will be able to noclip and stuff

Perfect Accuracy is also a cheat. Either watch people and ban people noclipping or get a plugin

You can turn sv_cheats off after you input the command.
