Report a translation problem
1.
Open CMD as administrator.
Type ipconfig /release and press enter.
Type ipconfig /renew and press enter.
Type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter.
Then unplug your modem/router and leave it for 10 seconds before plugging it back again.
restart your computer and play csgo, if this doesn't work, move to number 2.
2.
Press the windows key.
Type steam and right-click then click Open File Location.
Right-click it again and click create shortcut.
On the steam - shortcut, right-click it and click properties.
Put -tcp at the end of target, it should look like this
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe" -tcp
Restart your computer and then run the shortcut file and play csgo.
It's default 0, try using that and it should help with matchmaking unavailable / could not connect errors
