if its your first time playing cs, and your using an avarage pc or laptop, and are used to other shooter games, i would say its an average rank to get.

jk your first rank will usually be way below the rank you should actually get, for some reason after the first 10 games it tends to place ppl in a low rank

I guess so, if you have played on PC before then NO, cause I played on console for ever, and when I got my first rank is was SEM, bare in mind I just installed it, did casual and went straight into a comp game, I never knew about warming up, changing stuff ect so I got SEM with a potato pc (like 40 fps on 1024 streatched) and yeah, so like I said, if you played pc and shooters before then no, or if you like me then yes - this is my opinion
