Shoulder Girth has Counter-Strike 2

CS:GO capped at 90fps

Before upgrading my GPU to a GTX 960 4gb I would get 300 frames. Now i am capped at 90 FPS V SYNC is off i tried all console commands. NEED HELP. When my drivers get a new update it goes up right after update then if i close games all times after that stays at 90.

I'm no tech expert, but I might be able to help

Have you tried altering settings to make them lower and boost FPS? Are you sure it's capped at 90?
Verify integrity of game cache might help
Only console command I can think of that would have any impact would be 'fps_max ##'

Did you do a clean reinstall of your video drivers? If not, get DDU and uninstall them with it, then download latest drivers from nvidia and install those.

Maybe this GTX 960 you upgraded to is faulty?

no console command works it capped my h1z1 to 90 too all games capped to 90 when there is a new Nvidia update it fixes it for firt game then aftewr it all caps at 90

Check your driver settings. You must have set something that's causing it - a cap, some sync, energy saving settings, anything like that may cause it. Make sure windows power settings are set to performance. If you didn't already, disable Xbox game dvr.
