I think that VAC only bans for cheat engine if you inject it to CSGO and play on a vac secure server.
If it was really a false-positive, it will be removed in the next 48 hours

There was a case where someone was using cheat engine in the background for something else while playing cs:go and he got unbanned, but seeing how you struggle with basic sentence making i doubt that you will be able to convince steam support.
