180 script allowed or not?
I play on a very low sensitivity (1000 dpi 1.5 in game) which allowes me to tapfire very accurately and flick accurately from small distances (if someone peaks me from a place im not preaiming) however this means I have to pick up my mouse to do a 180, as moving it completely across the pad isn't enough. This means thats if I am getting shot from behind I have almost no chance to turn around fast enough before i'm dead/ I found a way to have a 180 bind. I made a mouse macro that increase the DPI while a button is pressed and have tested with bots to where I can tap it and do a 180 almost instantly (almost looks like aimbot, except I don't land directly on the player). Could I get banned doing something like that? I can't get Vacced because im not using any programs besides the one that came with my mouse. But could I get overwatch?

Yes, possibly, but it's allowed. If you get overwatch ban just contact steam support and explain them what you did and they will unban you within 1-2 days.

DPI switches are allowed, because it is just changing your mouse settings. Some mic have built in DPI switches so....

180 macros might also be allowed, but that's risky territory. Of course some mice also have macro keys, so take that how you will.

Using scripts is not allowed but using macros to increase or decrease mouse DPI is allowed.

This would be like using a controller so no. Controllers have a 180 button so you wouldn't get ow if you did this

Your mouse pad must be the size of a coaster because I use 1.9/2 sens at 400dpi and have no issues doing a 180 without lifting the mouse.

Now, tell me, how would an overwatcher go around and tell, that you're even using a script, not just moving your mouse? Ask this question to yourself and you'll understand, that you've known the answer all along.

Bhop scripts don't work unless its a perfectly flat surface and you still need to know how to strafe properly. I also have a jumpscout script (it just jumps and fires at the perfect timing , but I still have to aim myself) and have never gotten banned because an overwatcher can't tell if its a script or Im timing it myself.

That's not a very low sensitivity, not even low. More like midsens. That aside, you can't get vacced for any of that. You could get overwatched, but if you use like you say, only increasing the DPI and making the movement yourself, it's not a bannable offense, and I believe overwatchers will recognize that. With a 180-degree-macro you'd always land perfect 180 degrees turns, the way you do it, there will always be imperfections in your turns.

If I have to lift my mouse multiple times to do a 360 I think thats low
did he dead? Jan 30, 2017 @ 9:07am
you should be able to do a 180 with that sens.

Some would even consider it highsens. Maybe you should consider getting a bigger mousepad or a bigger desk. I'm using an even lower sens and I barely need to lift my mouse to make a 180-degree-turn. ;)

It's been removed from csgo, the bind required CVARS to function properly.

On Logitech / Razer products (I would assume others as well) you can simply bind a button to complete a DPI shift, while button held, DPI is (x) - Simply set that number higher and while the button is held your sensitivity will be higher to spin around.

The way I understood, that's exactly what he did.

How the ♥♥♥♥ is 1000dpi and 1.5 very low sens? I use 700dpi and 1.55 and can do a 180 no problem.
