How to load maps faster without an SSD?

I tried capping my fps at 60 but it would still finish loading maps in 3-5 minutes. I can't afford an SSD right now so i'm wondering if there's any other solutions to reduce loading times?

You can try the preload launch command. But honestly you don't need a ssd to load fast.

If it takes you 3 minutes to load it's your pc. Or even hard drive taking a dumb. Can't tell you since can't test your hardware or info about your pc specs. But generally if it's working so slow hardware limits you to it. And ssd won't solve the problem.

I tried defragging, The application said that my drives are 0% fragmented.

You don't need some shady program to defrag your HDD, windows has a built in defragger. Just use that.

Windows defragger is kinda bad and slow :P
It's like comparing Windows Defender and 3rd party AV that isn't McAfee or Norton

You can't really compare a defragger and AV. Besides, the windows one is more than enough for any end user usage. The Iobit stuff comes with adware, so yeah, it counts among the things I wouldn't want on my PC.

PS: OP, you should try to eliminate all unnecessary background processes that may eat at your RAM or CPU before playing.
