Help me fix the Loss and Choke in CS:GO

A week ago my connection was fine, but now i keep getting 5-20% loss and most of the time 0% choke but also sometimes 5-30%. atleast help me with loss bec it decrease my performance. thx

It could be your modem. Or wifi if you're on wifi. I had loss before and it was my modem. Had to replace it.

It also can be your internet provider that would need to be reach out to fix thebissue

Well, servers were glitched over the weekend but I think they fixed this up. Might be your internet provider throttling you just for the hell of it, because I guess that's legal for them to do.

Have you changed cl_interp or cl_interp_ratio?

I do have the same problem. It came out of nowhere and only affects CS GO (no other games/programms are affected). Would be interesting to know what it is.

Loss - Your internet sux, lower rate command
Choke - Server derps or your rate is too low

just type rate in console and type number between 400k and 800k
example:

rate 520000
