How many wins are needed to rankup from silver 4 to silver elite?

I have won 4 games in a row but still haven't ranked up, how many more wins do i need?
BTW last game I won 13-1 (surrender) against a gold nova 1 and 2 sem

Wins aren't affecting your progress in ranking up. Its the performance your team (including you) do per round (MVPs also count) that will most likely rank you up. So if you bottom frag in those 4 wins (Unless your elo is high from previous wins) you will likely not rank up.

The elo gap for silver 4 to silver elite is quite small so you should be able to rank up if you keep winning, i would say about 4(?) or more consecutive win if you're bottom fragging every game. From silver elite master to gold nova will take awhile just like dmg to LE, LEM to smfc, smfc to GE.
