If you definitely have lost your aim and gamesense, you could have taken a huge break from the game, and played another game for a long time. While you were doing this, your brain was remembering the way you play the newer game and forgetting the way you play the older one. This happens to a lot of people, and it is normal. Don't worry, practice every day and you will receive the skill you previously had.
Goldnova's haven't got any gamesense so idk how you lost that tho.
As far as game sense goes, it could be because your aim is off, so your brain is more occupied with trying to not miss shots, leaving you with less time to think the other parts of the game. It happens.
In low ranked game play, game sense is a questionable thing because people don't play the way they are supposed to, so games are filled with random occurrences.
