(Solved+Solution) F1, F2, F3 Keys never work

[Eleven the Protogen]

When a vote comes up and I try to vote with F1, F2 it never works because my 3 F keys are used to change system sound and I tried useing FN and ALT keys but the ALT never works and FN opened some weird program. And F3 never works for random weapons in DM. Is there a console command to vote or somehow please fix

Solution: Press FN+ESC

CTRL is binded it will not work

I'm not sure if you can change the vote button from config.cfg

I did find a way voting is to leave the match but it wastes time. It only works for surrendering

There should also be a option to use numbers in voting instead of function buttons (F)

I was reading a guide in TF2 about voting in console but I lost the guide.

I use left, but don't think it really matters
