CS:GO won't start- d3d9.dll is missing
Apparently csgo can't start. It says d3d9.dll is missing.

So far i tried to set different launch options, checked for missing files (it always checks directX and installs it..), restarted my PC, reinstalled CSGO, installed DIrectX installer and cursed the ♥♥♥♥ out of everything.
Actually i don't really want to reinstall windows or some♥♥♥♥♥♥just because Steam can't get their♥♥♥♥♥♥together with their games, so i would be amazed if someone had a solution to this problem:)

Did you try running Steam as administrator and then Verify Game Files Integrity?

He reinstalled the game so all the files got restored after, so that's not his fix.

Search for that .dll and download it and put it in the game directory
