I LOST $300 TO A HACKER AND STEAM DENIES TO HELP

So i was in a regular prime MM csgo match. That is, until my game shut off, following steam, then my computer shut off. I get a message on my phone saying please confirm an action on steam. Next thing i know, some russian guy got into my steam account and got through steam guard. I dont give my passwords to anyone... Now steam support says its not their fault that i lost $300 and that i shouldve had steam guard enabled (which was on the whole time). I finally managed to change the account password after i reset my ENTIRE laptop. Turns out the hacker installed some malware on my laptop and he started controlling my laptop from his pc. ALL BECAUSE I WAS IN A 'SAFE' PRIME MM CSGO MATCH. I WANT MY SKINS BACK. VALVE'S SECURITY IS HORRIBLE.

I've heard malware can accept it for you if you have it connected to the same router. Not sure if it's true as I haven't bothered to look up exactly how it's done

Well first of all, the account name was russian, the 60 emails that got sent to me were russian (well it was only 1 email but i tend to exaggerate), and the location of his account was in russia.

It was probably installed last time you were online, when you logged into steam virus was already running recording your keystrokes, when you entered steam confirmation in fake dialog box you gave all he needed to take your account and stuff. Probably from team-speak.
