high ping when i see enemy

hi guys im always using +graph when i play .my fps mostly around 50-60 but when i fight with someone he is teleporting or i am then im checking graph my fps is not droping but my ping going 500+ then when i die or kill enemy its going back to normal .its not happining every match but its happening somematches .soo enoying making unplayable for me.is anyone getting same problem or anyone know how can i fix it

I mean, this happens every single time I see an enemy. It just starts to lag

virus check, use ddu, check if something wrong with the networkcard, check the modem
