Cheater who keeps making new Accounts.

This is Marcel S aka ripseN the serial cheater who we played against yesterday and is one of the suspects we believe/know is cheating.

ripseN is the owner and creator of Niners Club and therefore responsible and has an obligation to keep cheaters from ruining our (already ruined by cheaters) CSGO community.

ripseN is a cheater not once but twice VAC banned, maybe even more! With the evidence from the demo we gave yesterday and the evidence given now, we expect 99 Damage to take serious action i.e retrospective bans.

As you can see this is one of ripseN accounts on ESEA where he has cheated and been caught. The steamIDs do not match, but this is the same person. As you can see same username and same team. The 99 Damage Steam ID he registered with is also a new account (most likely because his main account has been banned).

Here is another account by ripseN that has also been VAC banned! To see if this is the same person, we looked into the friends and see that there is a clear connection from his banned account to his current one. And there is, through his friend “M4x”! This is the same person and other evidence will show you this to be true!

Yet again ripseN cheating on another steam account, here you can see the same used profile picture from Exhibit B account, yet the steam profile link goes to a third steam account that also has been VAC banned and with also the same name “ripseN”!

Yet again showing clear evidence he is the owner of Niners Club and is yet again in fact been banned by Faceit too.

We also found that Sandro too, has been banned from ESEA. Another cheater ripseN is haboring into the Niners Club team and ruining the CSGO experience on 99 Damage Liga by blatantly cheating. We have shown plenty of evidence from CSGO history, Steam Accounts and Match demos that ripseN was in fact cheating and possibly one of the other players too (we think rEN too). ripseN has been banned by ESEA and FACEIT, two respectable CSGO companies. He has no respect and has still cheated with numerous accounts.

He has shown no respect to 99 Damage Liga, the players part-taking of the 99 Damage Liga and to the rest of the CSGO Community who want to remove cheaters from our experience and enjoyment of playing a fair game.

We also believe rEN is cheating with him too, the evidence from the match demo clearly shows that. ripseN has shown to be a non-stop cheater and failed his responsibilities as a clan leader and sense of duty as a player to stop cheaters ruining the CSGO community and breaking the 99 Damage Liga rules.

We also found a user with same name, registered to a forum for CSGO cheaters (find in Extras).

After researching some more we have found another account on his that has been VAC banned from just 2 months ago! tox9rstyle is another alias he uses for his streaming and youtube channel and after researching that username we found more evidence of this individual being a serial cheater.

As you see in Exhibit B this is the same person who is linked with another Niners Club member (enrager) and his other steam account that has been banned. (look at Exhibit C.1)

After giving all this evidence to 99 Damage League admins and demo, they refused to take action because the demos we sent with the tick (or clip within the demo) where he was cheating was incorrect, despite all the other evidence we provided. So we sent evidence again with the correct ticks in the demos and now decline to take action because "2 days has passed since the match took place". An absolute joke, so pretty much 99 Damage Leagues policy on cheaters protects them and refuse to take action on a known and repeated cheater like this scum bag.

I have forward all this evidence to Valve and now to post here to raise awareness. There should be no protection for cheaters in CSGO, especially repeated offenders who keep making new accounts all the time.

Raise awareness and report him. This was not even on MM, he has been cheating on a CSGO league matches. But from his history, hes been cheating on ESEA, FaceIT, CSGO Leagues, so no doubt he has been cheating on MM

I made a forum post on 99 Damage about his cheating and people came forward and also claimed this scumbag cheated before.

He even cheated on live stream on a 99 Damage Live event lol, that's how dumb this guy is!

The 99 Damage admins will today be reviewing all the evidence I have given here and also the demo timetables we gave last night.

No doubt in time he will be VAC banned too.

He even made a new YouTube account and commented on the video witht "LUL" and "LMFAO" something I expect from a 12 year old not a 21 year old. Can only guess its the only act he has left to play since he has been found out.

TL;DR

No name and shame. If you know someone is cheating and you played against him, then report him ingame and on his steam profile.

Asking other people who haven't played with him will only create invalid reports, making it that much harder to get him banned.

It didn't really seem clear to me if you understand that reviews of demos etc doesn't give VACbans.
