Just play on whatever your X main account is and be sure you never cheated on that main account, cheating lowers your trust factor thus boosts the possibilities of playing with / againts another cheaters, otherwise just make a new acc, put in some cash, buy prime, never cheat, and you will not play against any cheaters.

I have more than 2000 hrs in the game, deranked to GN1 because I stopped playing for a long time, I can easilly tell that the game now has way more chaters than ever, whatever you play you'll find cheaters. I think you played enough CS and you gotto move on, that's what I did.
