Like chicken said, it matches your sensitivitys (horisontal) to be the same as your veritical (only if you use stretched resolution and no blackbars).

Note that this will also mess up your muscle memory, even if it feels right, the distance ingame going to be "visually shorter" if you change this yaw value, you will have to move your mouse a longer distance on your mousepad to go to the same point on the screen as before, my advice is, don't change it, you will get used to different axis speed in no time. :) and also keeping your flickshots even if you change res later on.
Ok so when i changed it to 0.165 it felt like my sens went from 1.5 to 4. So idk what am i do ing wrong, but i have stretched and not blackbars

My advice is still to stay with m_yaw 0.022 (default) becasue if you change this value, your mouse distance on the mousepad and the distance ingame will change, so for example, if you want to play with 1920x1080 or blackbars 4:3 res, your sensitivity will feel alot different, and you will need to relearn your flickshot distance again (could take some weeks in most cases).

Stretched resolution with 0.022yaw will feel alot faster sideways in the beginning, but it's only placebo, the actual distance from 1 point you looking at to the next ingame will be exactly the same, the up and down axis will doe feel alot slower cus it's not stretched.

Ok this is how you do with the m_yaw 0.0165

In order to make this works (only works on 4:3 res stretched) is to take your sensitiviy and make it x1.33 (if you got like 2 senisitivty, make it 2.33).

So

m_yaw 0.0165
sensitivity x1.33 your normal sensitivity.
