Can I buy skins off steam directly from my Visa card?

I wanted to know if i can directly buy skins off of my card because I don't want to add funds to steam wallets as I want to buy a cheap skin so I don't want to waste my money

you can't buy skins directly, you have to put money into your steam wallet, you can only pick the pre-chosen amount of money that can be put in.

well in one discussion i read about someone who has the same question as me and someone replied that you can choose payment method to card for buying skins
