How to set crouch to more buttons (CTRL + Mouse 5)?

It is very useful to set the crouch to the Mouse 5 when you use an AK/M4 or SMG, because its so fast to click on Mouse 5 when you peek. But this is so difficult when you use an AWP because you have to click on Right Click + Mouse 5 + Left Click (if you shoot) one after the other almost at the same time. This is really kmh.. unaccustomed for me.

why, i dont know what your mouse 5 is but on my razer mamba its on the side of my mouse, so my thumb clikcs it and my poining finger fires and my thumb clikcs crouch so i crouch after i shoot.

When you use an AWP you have to scope in as well. So when you peek out crouch + shoot it looks like: Right Click + Mouse 5 + Left Click. I said this is easy and useful with AK/M4 or SMGs, but hard with AWP (because you have to click on 3 buttons almost simultaneously on the mouse).
