Typically it doesn't really matter how many matches u have to win . It's the amount of frags you need and your overall score and all that ...

Then last week I won like 4 games 30 bomb all and suddenly ranked up .... this system is weird af

Match wins are irrelevant. Round wins are what matters. Just like blitz said. But that aside not much is known or certain. Just do well and you'll rank up fast.

because the system is based off a glicko-2 system, if you win one round and get the mvp, you may be bottom fragging but have 16 MVPs, then you are the one most likly to rank up

I ranked the most by winning with big margin of mvps and scoreboards with 16-2. So performance matters with winning rounds because we're talking about ELO ranking system.

Exceot its not based off ELO, its based off of Glicko-2 which is pretty much a ranking system based on rounds won

I usually rank up on ties. Must be more to it than just winning easily in one match.
